Questions About The Self-Service Laundromat:
What are your hours?
We open at 7 a.m. and close at 10 p.m. Our last wash is at 8 p.m.
Are you a coin or card store?
We are currently a quarter store, but we will be putting in a card system in the future.
Do you have any large machines?
We have washing machines up to 60 pounds (the equivalent of 6 top loading washing machines).
Do you sell laundry soap?
Yes, we have a vending machine for laundry products.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we are in a strip center with a parking lot.
Questions About Wash, Dry & Fold Service:
What is the turnaround time for wash and fold?
The normal turnaround time is 24 hours or the next day. We can provide same day laundry service for a small, additional charge.
What laundry detergent do you use?
Included in the price is Gain or All Free and Clear. 7th Generation organic laundry detergent is an additional 15 cents a pound and by request only.
Is there someone at the laundromat all of the time so I can drop off my clothes?
Yes, we are fully attended from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

What happens if I can't be home when you pickup or deliver?
Leave your clothes for us to pickup somewhere safe and let us know where it is when you schedule. You might put them on your front porch or back porch, behind the gate, in the garage, or with an apartment manager.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time is up to you! Choose next day or two day service.
Why do you have two prices for pickup/delivery?
The price is discounted if you sign up to become a recurring customer for either weekly or biweekly pickups. This service is $1.50/pound. If you don't want to commit to regular pickups, the single time service is $1.60/pound.
What happens if I sign up for recurring and I go on vacation?
You can let us know when you schedule your pickup. You can change it each week or leave them as standard instructions for your laundry.
